ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME

We are a custom made to order business and estimate production time of up to 5 business days for prints.

PRICING

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Prices are fixed once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping or delivery charges are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Payments made via the Carla and Joel website are processed using a third party payment gateway. We do not collect or record any credit card details when purchasing products from our website.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
