We offer a number of shipping options when ordering your Carla and Joel piece. FREE DELIVERY is available on all pieces to Australia and New Zealand.

Currently, standard and express shipping is available to most countries around the world. If you are unable to choose a shipping option for your desired shipping location, please get in touch with us.

Return & Exchanges

We are committed to providing the highest quality print to our customers. All of our products are printed on order, so please select your products carefully, as we do not accept return, refunds or exchanges.

Faulty Items & Damages

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the damage and the items packaging.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. A damage review will then be completed at which time either a repair of the damaged product will be conducted or a replacement printed. Delivery of repaired or replacement item will be subject to printing capacity and shipping times.
