Our Story

For as long as they can remember, they’ve had a camera in their hands. From the film and dark rooms of their teen years when they first met, to the SD cards and computers of today, Carla and Joel have travelled the world documenting every step with unyielding passion.

What inspires them is the beauty to be found on evert scale, like a screen of drying chilli’s hung charismatically from a Tuscan doorway to the enormity of the never-ending Tokyo skyline. But what drives them to do what they do, is the way these scenes can transport us fondly to a personal memory or even to transcend through the imagination to what could be.

Not content with bringing their travels and appreciation of art, history and sustainability only to your walls, Carla & Joel were determined to bring them to your spaces in many more ways through Sprezzatura Collection. A destination for all things European and antique.
